China Bolai International Co., Ltd. is the wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan Bolai Port Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. With the registered capital of RMB 120 million, Hainan Bolai Port Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996. It has the largest nursery stock base in Hainan which covers an area of 200 hectares.

With the registered capital of USD 20 million, China Bolai International Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010. As a “flagship” of Hainan Bolai Port Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. which develops overseas business, currently, China Bolai International Co., Ltd. has owned a tree and flower base with an area of 350 hectares in Angola and has introduced and planted hundreds of flowers and trees from different places.
